Notice for the Preliminary Round

 

The games are to be played on the 4th June 2023, 14:00 start. As some of you may have seen in the last thread, with the short notice and date it has fell on, there will be an option to play it on an alternative date.

• You need to agree an alternative date with your opponents.

• If you both agree to this date, this can’t be changed again.

• You have until the 18th June to play the game.

• You must agree an alternative date by Sunday 28th May. Please email secretary@staffordshirecba.com at your earliest opportunity. We can then publish all greens.

• The time of the match can also be changed if agreed beforehand, you also need to let us know in this instance by the 28th May.

• If we hear nothing back regarding a change, the original date of 4th June 2023 with a 14:00 time stands.

• If neither team can come to an agreement, the original date of 4th June 2023 with a 14:00 time stands.

• All other Challenge Cup rules apply.
